Sirena con pesci

“Sirena con pesci” (Marmaids with fishes) is a hand painted ceramic panel I designed for a guest house in Raito of Vietri sul Mare, on the Amalfi Coast.

When Montera family asked me to design something to adorn the living room of Casa Bettina I decided to get inspired from the classic Vietri’s ceramic style, combining it with digital graphic elements. Realized by Ceramica Pinto and her painters, this panel is a result of local arts and modern visuals, a sign between tradition an innovation.
